Overview
This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by YouPick LLC ("YouPick," "we," "us," or "our") and the consent you provide to receive text messages from us. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
How You Opt In
There are two ways a phone number may be enrolled to receive SMS messages from YouPick LLC. Both are described below.
1. Customers — in-app sign-up
When you create a YouPick customer account in the YouPick mobile application, you may choose to receive SMS notifications by checking the consent box shown during sign-up. Providing your mobile number and checking this box is the only way you are enrolled. The phone number field is optional, the consent checkbox is not pre-selected, and consenting to text messages is never a condition of creating an account or using the App. Below is the exact consent shown to customers at sign-up:
2. Drivers — vendor invitation
YouPick vendors (the businesses that use YouPick to schedule pickups and deliveries) can invite a driver to join their delivery team by entering the driver's mobile phone number in the vendor portal. When a vendor submits an invitation, YouPick sends one SMS to that number containing the vendor's business name and a link to install the YouPick driver app. The vendor is responsible for confirming with the driver that they want to receive this invitation before submitting the driver's number.
If you receive a driver-invite SMS and you did not want it, simply reply STOP to that message. We will add your number to our opt-out list and no further YouPick messages will be sent to you. You may also email Info@youpick.io to request removal.
The driver-invite message includes the YouPick LLC brand name, the inviting vendor's business name, the install link, and the carrier-required disclosures: "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Customer transactional / informational messages relating to your orders, scheduled pickups, deliveries, returns, and account or service updates.
- Customer care messages in response to a request for help or support.
- Driver invitation messages — a single SMS sent when a YouPick vendor invites you to join their delivery team. One message per invitation.
Where YouPick sends promotional or marketing text messages, separate consent is collected for those messages, and you may opt out of them without affecting transactional messages required to fulfill your orders.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your activity and orders.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. YouPick does not charge for the text messages; however, your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to that number. You may also disable SMS notifications in the App settings.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
